  • Revan Cash Grab

    By 1
Been playing for well over two years (3.2 million GP). I’ve made peace with the micro transactions and routinely drop $20 to stay competitive. I assume I represent a large minority of players in game. This Revan event is a bridge too far. Catering only to those who spend hundreds of dollars at a time not $20...and the guy in the middle is left out in the cold. The f2p would have never spent $$$ to get anything so it doesn’t affect them, and the whale spender was getting him anyway. Here I am doing the math and MAYBE being able to get Revan for about $200! Are you kidding me?!?! And that’s a big maybe...I would have to buy packs that give random characters and have the character shards spread evenly across several characters. And if I come up short, a giant waste of money. I actually considered dropping $100 on the game, and then it became apparent that at best it would be double that and again MAYBE getting the right character shards to be able to obtain Revan...games are supposed to be fun, right? This Revan release just upsets me to the point I considered quitting the game for the first time. - autor:Tutt66 - title:Revan Cash Grab

Yep, just like everyone’s saying - they start you off with basic kinda whatever characters to get you going & then when you get up and into the upper levels of the game & if you want to unlock the more premium characters, you are gonna have ‘ta pull out your wallet and pay Walt Disney at the counter so you can unlock those premium and more exciting characters that Walt likes to pocket for the paying customers. OR you can Farm Day & Night & Night & Day until you realize you have no life other than this game. Booo shame on you Walt. - autor:Battlestar5 - title:Pay at the Counter Please...

  • Pay to win with unrealistic pricing.

This could be a great game but you will literally have to spend thousands to keep up with new content. A high end subscription game is only 150$/year but that will get you nowhere in this game. - autor:Goatsix9er - title:Pay to win with unrealistic pricing.

  • Stay FAR Away

    By 1
This game has increasingly raised the cost of end game content to the point it will cost you over $1000/year to compete at the higher levels. They have botched most of the character or event releases this year, continually nerfing your investment as they attempt to “fix” their mistakes. Rewards for events are often not delivered, and when you write EA customer service to have the missing rewards addressed, you will receive nothing but recycled form responses from someone in India who “really cares” but can neither comprehend your issue, nor do anything about it. Stay far away from this ridiculously greedy game that continually will leave you feeling ripped off... - autor:chiguy190 - title:Stay FAR Away

  • Reviews are skewed. Bad game.

    By 1
There are tons of 5 star reviews that if you actually read. Are negative reviews. Very negative at that. I’m not sure if EA is skewing the star ratings to make their game look better or what. That said. This is a pay2win game in the most extreme sense. New characters cost roughly $300-$500 to make useful. Merely unlocking a fraction of a character in an unusable state costs between $20-$50. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE METHODS. seriously though. Go buy a brand new game. Or pay your monthly car payment. Those things are cheaper than characters in this forcibly ever changing meta designed to sap everything you worked hard for in your life. Boycott EA. Boycott purchases in this game. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. - autor:Btbamthony - title:Reviews are skewed. Bad game.

  • Total money grab!!!

This game is a crazy money grab!!! CG doesn’t care about the players, they only care about their bottom line. It costs $300 to get new toons if you want that toon when they come out. Then they release a super OP toon where you need to have 5 new toons that just came out. So they want you to spend $1500 for one toon in the game! They keep increasing gear levels that require 1000s of a salvage pieces, that oh by the way, have been scarce ever since the game came out. I wish I could give this game less than 1 star. They monetize ever portion of this game now. Mods were a way for F2P players to stay somewhat competitive, until they just monetized them. So tired of this game, it used to be so much fun. I’m about to delete it and be done with CG. I’m sure I’ll be much happier for it. - autor:QuiGonChi - title:Total money grab!!!

  • No longer fun

Now I think I am quitting. As my first battle in galactic conquest I am set up against an unfair team. It is Phoenix all are 7 stars and a level above me. I have no seven stars yet. How did I get paired like this for my first battle in galactic conquest? I’ve been playing for a long time. Been putting up with the farming of those stupid Sorosub keyboards for ages. They are pretty expensive to farm. Every character needs them and I estimate right now I need 720 of them. Point is the farming of that plus the huge miss match in power is going to make me quit. Unfair matchups finally ruined it for me. - autor:Castlestorysux - title:No longer fun

Broken war matchmaking is destroying the best game mode and ruining morale. An otherwise great game suffers from dev apathy towards to minnows and ftp. - autor:please fix war matchmaking - title:Fix territory war matchmaking
