    I've been a member and freeletics athlete for over 4 years and I have to say I love the app and all the workouts. Tracking yourself is what kept me for so long with freeletics. Every time you trying to be better get better and be your best version of your self. Always is a challenge because you have to beat the last record. Record made by you. The athlete. The best of you.     Wow! You can’t even see ANYTHING in the app without committing to at least 3 months? I don’t even know how the app works or functions at all, how can you possible expect me to commit right off the bat. There’s no free one-week trial? Or even 3 days?   • Great, but only for cutting ✂️

    After almost 2 years of Freeletics I have found that Freeletics workouts are very effective for losing fat, but not so much in building muscles. For example, I got stuck at doing Archer Pull-ups and I could never progress past that no matter how much I ate / how many weeks I tried, and yet Freeletics Coach kept giving me those Archer Pull-ups, for months, instead of something else that would build up strength toward it. There are similar examples where the gap between the Hard and the Moderate exercises is huge and yet the Coach doesn’t suggest exercises in between. However, cutting with Freeletics had been very effective with those Burpees and other cardio exercises. For bulking, just like some reviewers out there, lifting weights is a better choice for me. - autor:HuaTham - title:Great, but only for cutting ✂️

    Some parts of it was slow, some moderate and the “Personal Best” was a challenge. Overall a balanced workout balance. The only problem I have, this is not a personal with a coach.   • Won’t let you cancel. TOTAL SCAM!!

    I never right reviews. But this one has me beyond frustrated. At first it was a great app, paying the $50 for three months to try it out. Once I realized I didn’t use it as much as I thought.
