  • So aggravating

    By 1
This app CONSTANTLY asks me to activate my account. It has me signed in, but never lets me get to any articles. Chat support was painfully slow (up to ten minutes between responses), and they didn’t have any useful troubleshooting. - autor:Criticallygingered - title:So aggravating

  • Zero Stars

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Florida today has gone down hill an extreme amount, too much fake news and misleading headlines. The people running their social media sites are incredibly unprofessional and are clearly amateurs. And they actually expect you to pay for their garbage online articles that you can read anywhere else for free. It’s a complete joke. Don’t bother subscribing or paying unless you like wasting your money. - autor:ORS407 - title:Zero Stars

  • Developers not paying attention

Not mention being totally ignored by those I have spoken with. So let’s see if this get’s any attention! I am a beta tester for apple. Having said that I can tell you that when I find a issue I tell apple about it. I also sometimes alert the app coders themselves as is the case here. This app has a severe problem with focus. Generally it is just the photos but it can also be text. I have informed Gannet of this problem as well as the big chief editor of Florida Today. I did this before the official release of the latest iPad iOS release. Thinking they might like to fix the problem before the release. Guess I was wrong. They have totally ignored the issue. Can you say captured market? Ninety five percent of the people will never complain they just put up with the problem or find some other way to solve the problem. End results companies go out of business as their base disappears! FIX THE APP! - autor:Chiinkwia - title:Developers not paying attention

  • Push alerts are obnoxious

In my settings I only have breaking news turned on. I still get all of the sports posts which are annoying and also stupid stuff like Trump whining about something. Not breaking news! - autor:a72772 - title:Push alerts are obnoxious

  • Can’t get breaking news

I can’t open the breaking news stories that pop up. Only Old stories show up. Can’t get a hold of support either... - autor:7-73aryth - title:Can’t get breaking news

  • Can’t read anything

    By 1
You used to have I believe 50 free articles to read a month now it’s literally one. I’ve seriously only been able to read one article a months since about November. I can go on their website and read it fine so why can’t I read it on my app? I don’t really have the extra money to subscribe and I really don’t want too. I guess unless your willing to dish out money you don’t get to know what’s going on in your community. - autor:Sdbnfsdfbyshh - title:Can’t read anything

We’ve subscribed to Florida Today for 23 years, and have really enjoyed the app and online content — as long as it’s been available. Space news, the environment, and local politics are covered well, and we are thankful for good coverage. - autor:Phil Stasik - title:We Love Our Hometown Paper!
