  • I’m over Freemium

Bejeweled introduced me to tile matching games and it’s entertaining classic version left me with the hope all the other ads I saw using the same tile idea would give me the same satisfaction. I only tried this one because dragging the wrench over the leaky sink and fire extinguisher over the burning stove seamed like a fun idea. At least that’s what all the (in my face) promos showed. At first the immediate gratification of cleaning up the mansion with the tile games was ok and fun. I kept thinking the “drag the tools” over the situational problems side games would show up soon. Nope. I’m early in the game at level 60, out of coins of course and stuck on a “super hard” tile level for days now. It’s telling me how much easier the level would be with some power ups and quickly brings up the shopping window with prices. I naively always hope there’s a freemium game out there I can play with patience. As rare as finding a gold nugget in a river. So I’ve accepted the reality that one, within reason, I can’t continue without real world currency and two, as a result of one, I’ll never see the side of the game that had been relentlessly promoted to me, ie: the wrench over the leaky sink and such. I’m not going to fall into the money pits anymore and urge everyone who wants to see change to do the same. Because developers won’t change until we do. - autor:mybadback - title:I’m over Freemium

  • False advertising

If you’re thinking of downloading based on the ads you saw elsewhere —don’t. It’s just a matching game with a lame storyline. It has nothing to do with selecting tools to fix a room. There should be a way to report this. - autor:Julieparker28 - title:False advertising

  • Stop with the fake ads

Your game is good on its own, you have a good game guys. But pleaseeee stop with your ads where you try to find the right tools to fix certain problems. It’s misleading and completely different from actual gameplay. Every time I see a game of yours I get intrigued by the game you portray in the ads, but just end up being severely disappointed in what I actually get. Not because your game is bad but because it is not what I was lead to believe it was. I only downloaded the game so I could write this review, I’m not going to play it since I’m not interested in it. A message from a salty bud. - autor:183628392728 - title:Stop with the fake ads

  • The game works against you.

This game has nice graphics, smooth gameplay and the design of the power ups are far better than most of the other match 3 games I’ve played over the years. That being said, I understand that these free games are designed to be challenging enough that oftentimes you will have to throw a few bucks at it to continue to play at a reasonable rate; no worries, devs gotta eat too. However, after about a month of gameplay I got to a “super hard” level and I had been working at for 2-3 days when in one game I was 1 move from winning but the little airplane power up that will fly to another tile when activated (really a very cool power up) flys over and destroys the tile I needed to match on my last move to finish the level. I’m like seriously 😑did this game just outright cheat me or was that a one off thing? So at this point I was beyond annoyed and only continued to play this game because I was curious about how often it did stuff like that. Long story short, I played the game- on that level- for 3 more days (never beat it) and the game itself prevented me from winning incthat exact same way 2 more times, along with a bunch of other statistical observations I made (that I won’t bore you with) that lead me to delete the game because I was not going to spend money to pass a level that the game had cheated me out of finishing 3 times. Throwing a few bucks at these games to help myself- and the devs- out if I’m enjoying the game is no problem. I won’t, however, pay for, or continue to play games where the mechanics are outright cheating to hold me back and make me spend money. 👎🏾 - autor:Synthetic Rapture - title:The game works against you.
