  • Could be good someday

Good try but please update the grocery list. The ingredients look fine but once you go to grocery list it messes all of it up. Also still having to manually edit most ingredients in a recipe - autor:Hjjjih998976 - title:Could be good someday

Don’t sell yourself short by downloading a free app. Save yourself the headache and get this one. From the best recipe import engine on any app that I’ve seen, to meal planning, to shopping and sharing, this is the best cookbook app out there and well worth the money. - autor:Nick PappaGeorgio from Waller - title:Fantastic!

  • Good job developers! This is great.

I recently started the Keto diet and was gifted a Keto book. I immediately started looking for apps that could translate a picture into the correct input for recipe creation. This app fits the bill and is the only one on the store that does this. Also the other features like meal planning and generation of grocery lists is great. I just generated my first list for the first week of meal prep. You can select dates to generate lists which is good. Lots of functionality wrapped up in this app! Couple of wants... -Ability to export import recipes into MyFitnessPal. So far I could get this to work. -Ability to quick edit the grocery list items. I discovered an error in one of the items and needed to correct it. However, if you correct the source recipe you have to regenerate the grocery list. -Ability to share the grocery list with my wife. We are logged in to the same account but the grocery list does not show up in her app even after syncing. - autor:KING_HOTDOG - title:Good job developers! This is great.

  • Adore this app

This cookbook app is a breeze to use. The ocr is about perfect I’ve been able to pull in a ton of my recipes into one place. The grocery portion is pretty slick. It pulls in all the ingredients that I need for the recipes and I can remove those that I have on hand and it also has a feature to add additional items so I don’t have to have multiple shopping lists. And I don’t have to worry about leaving the list at home because it is also on my phone. - autor:arcaneangel13 - title:Adore this app

  • Great Paprika alternative

    By 5
I got fed up after losing years worth of recipes on Paprika, so I figured I’d try this app out. I had a question about the app before my purchase, and I was contacted within hours by the kindest lady. This was an instant purchase, and I’m loving it so far. I’m a professional cook, and I love the leftovers option, mostly as inspiration. Thank you all, keep up the great work. - autor:Waterboyeee - title:Great Paprika alternative

I was fed up with our old recipe saving app. I decided I wanted something that was going to work right, I was ready to pay extra for it. It was so worth it! It’s so easy to use! It has such a pretty, and simple layout. I love that you can input recipes in multiple ways. The tags for recipes is so handy! Sharing recipes is easier. I haven’t tried the leftovers option yet, but that looks interesting! Thanks for making this app ❤️ - autor:MrsTosh - title:Search no further

  • Great for moving between phone and desktop!

I love that this app allows me to enter recipes in from my desktop. The tool to convert from a blog post to a recipe could be better. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. But this is my favorite recipe app. - autor:k kearl - title:Great for moving between phone and desktop!

  • Amazing!!!

I love this App! I was using multiple apps for the recipes I was storing and not really loving any of them. To add to my frustration using multiple apps, made it more difficult to remember which app had the specific recipe I was hunting for. The solution was to find one app that would import from anywhere with photos and have the allowance of notes I could add once a recipe was made. Cookbook fit my needs perfectly! It has flawlessly imported every single recipe I wanted in it thus far. It was well worth the money for this app. I did have to save photos a couple times to add to the recipes because for whatever reason they wouldn’t import. But it’s so easy to save a photo and then add it, I don’t consider this an issue at all. The organization and beautiful photo gallery display for your recipes makes you want to cook the minute you open it! I love the calendar and shopping list that help you figure out what you want to cook for the week and how many ingredients you will need to buy. I’m not so sure about the pdf import feature. It seemed like it had a little trouble reading my recipes when I tried importing them this way. The ingredients weren’t coming out with the right measurements. I fixed that by using copy and paste. All fixed! I haven’t tried the photo import feature but I do have some recipes ripped from magazines that I will at some point import. I am very excited to try this feature so I don’t have to type the whole recipe out myself. The sharing feature is as amazing as the rest of this app! You can choose from several formats to share from. The recipes look absolutely beautiful in an email and text. Making it a delight to share my recipes with friends and family. This app is simply amazing and I am so glad I found it. Thank you for making such a perfect app! - autor:HairByAnnette - title:Amazing!!!

  • Love most of it so far

    By 4
I just got this and am still working on how I want to use it. So far I love that I can snap pictures to import recipes and not have to type it all. It’s easy to add pictures of the dishes and steps. I can make up my own tags so I can organize things in my own way. I can add notes. There’s a way to back up what I’ve entered. I can share it on my devices. And I love that there’s no subscription fee which really turned me off of other app choices. Things I’m still trying to work out is editing the data after an import can be cumbersome. Sometimes it adds funky characters that I cannot get rid of no matter what I try, including deleting and adding manually. And I wish I could print an index card format vs a full page pdf. I’m also leery about having a full database of recipes on my phone. I don’t want to buy more phone memory just for recipes! But I have yet to see if that’s really going to be a problem or not. Overall I’m really pleased. - autor:MrsGMK - title:Love most of it so far
