Solid Uber customer for 5+years, Uber eats for the last two. When restaurants get things wrong, no matter how many times it may happen, there is a limit on what they will refund even if you have photos to prove the claims!!! I’ve been rejected refunds for times where items are not consumable due to allergies THAT ARE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONED TO BE AVOIDED, and after a while, they do not refund what the restaurant gets incorrect. Ridiculous on Uber’s behalf for refusing to rectify services where you spend money to not be able to enjoy what you order. Unbelievable!!! Use GrubHub, Postmates, DoorDash, ANYTHING BUT UBER EATS. Save yourself the trouble. No amount of loyalty gets you ahead here. - autor:Partyinmypants - title:THE DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS

Good UI design. Just puts exactly what info you need in front of you when you need it. Nohing extra to distract you. Used several times with no issue whatsoever. Kudos to the devs who made what could have been a painful experience into a good one. - autor:omniasoft - title:Simple to use

People should be able to change the delivery address before food is picked up, just like users can in the uber app, even when they are in the car already. - autor:Derrell Record - title:Yall need to make some updates

I purchased food from UberEats about 9pm, I was told my order would be delivered around 9:45pm. The time was then pushed back to 10:18pm then to 10:12pm. I was notified that the driver has picked up my order and was on his way. At approximately 10:25pm the driver arrives and states he’s out front. I immediately went to the front of my building, I didn’t see the driver, I quickly called him, and as I’m doing so in the app it’s indicating that the driver has taken off. I called the driver multiple times even texted him multiple times no response. Uber claim that drivers wait for 8 minutes if there is no response they cancel your order with no refund given. I called ubereats (I literally spend about 80-100 a month on Uber not including actual Uber rides)I spoke to two reps one was Arthur and the other Arcel(if that even is their real names)they proceeded to tell me they can’t do anything to me and that they system says he waited. The rep Arcel was so rude and disrespectful as I spoke she kept speaking over me and didn’t want to hear what I was saying. DO NOT USE THIS APP UNLESS YOU WANT THE DRIVERS TO DRIVE AWAY WITH YOUR FOOD!!!!!!! - autor:Shanim92 - title:Worst App Ever

I ordered $72.99 worth of salads for myself and 4 other co-workers. I literally sat by the front door and waited for the driver to arrive. After 45 min from my order time, I received a notice that my order was cancelled and I would not be refunded. I immediately called “Jane” at UbEr eats who contacted the driver who said she waited for 8 min and then left. She reported she called me, however I have no received (missed/answered calls during that time). I asked “Jane” to contact the restaurant so that I could pick up my order and they replied they had already disposed of the order.....it hadn’t even been an hour since my order was placed and they disposed of it??? B.S. I then emailed UberEats and included a snapshot of my phone log to confirm the driver never attempted to contact me. The representatives reply was “the next time this occurs I should call them immediately so they could rectify”..... isn’t that what I just did?? And you told me too bad, shorted me my food and my money. Not to mention this is the second time this week this has occurred at my place of employment. RIDICULOUS!!! Well, for me as a local small business owner, there WON’T be a next time. I will not support this type of business. Jaime - autor:J.Crocker - title:Fraud

  • You really think I’m paying $15+ for delivery?

    By 1
You really think I’m gonna pay $15 dollars for delivery cause it’s a busy time for UberEats? $15 bucks for my driver to screw it up? $15 bucks for cold food? A delivery fee so expensive UberEats should be paying us! Your service isn’t great. Late deliveries, extremely rude drivers. Missing items. And now I see you’re tacking on additional service fees? You know where you can stick your obscene delivery fees and charges UberEats? Yeah, yeah you do. Better hope you keep that contract with McDonalds, probably the only thing keeping you afloat. Are you even aware you have serious and amazing competition from GrubHub and Caviar? To name a few. By the way, everytime I’ve ordered McDonald’s through UberEats, the order is always wrong. I’m gonna sit over here munching my order from GrubHub and Caviar and watch ya’ll fail. Don’t mind me. - autor:FiveVenoms - title:You really think I’m paying $15+ for delivery?
