    I absolutely love this app. I had trainers for years but once my financial situation changed due to a divorce I couldn’t afford them. Since I started using sweat, I have gradually increased my muscle strength and definition. It is def worth the money. I have yet to keep up with the diet...some of the items are not found in the US or I have to google what we call them in US...but it’s great that there is a daily menu.     I’m a regular runner, averaging between 25-40 miles a week. I wanted to change up my fitness routine and I kept on seeing this app sponsored on social media, so I tried it. HOLY $#!+ this app is kicking my butt!! The workouts are intense and I love it!     Love the app! Really makes you motivated to do the exercises and I like that it’s a circuit-type training so you don’t get bored. I do wish that when you do one of the workouts that’s not part of your weekly workout that it goes on your planner since it counts towards your resistance workout. I’d like to keep track of which Glutes or Abs/Core workout I’ve done. Also, when doing the cardio sometimes the step tracker freezes and it stops counting your steps.
